Seeking Justice in Troubled Times

SEEKING JUSTICE IN TROUBLED TIMES

On Sunday, February 19^th from 4:00 to 5:30, the Presbyterian Church at Tenafly will host a conversation with Sara Lisherness, Direction of Compassion, Peace and Justice, and Laurie Kraus, Associate Mission Director for Presbyterian Disaster Assistance for the PCUSA.  Together we will explore the resources and programs available, with special attention to the issues of immigration and refugee resettlement in the current national climate.  The discussion will include information about the work of the PCUSA Office of Public Witness in Washington and word of how Presbyterians around the country are responding in this moment.  All are welcome.  The church is located at 55 Magnolia Avenue in Tenafly.  Light refreshments will be served.  Plan to join us.
