Jersey City Together – Water Action

The Schools Water Fountains project is complete! 1,169 drinking fountains installed! Thanks to organizing by Jersey City Together and the hard work of the Jersey City Public Schools staff, the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority, and many others, students and staff at every JCBOE school and early childhood learning center now have clean drinking water with new water fountains. Join us in celebrating this accomplishment on Thursday, March 20, from 9:15 to 10:15 AM at Alexander D. Sullivan School, (PS #30) 171 Seaview Avenue, Jersey City. The details: Arrive between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m. and bring an ID.
