Old Bergen Church has been a vital part of this community for over 360 years. It was first chartered in 1660 by some of the earliest Dutch immigrants as the Bergen Dutch Reformed Church.

Today we are a multicultural congregation of the Reformed Church in America (RCA) and the Presbyterian Church (USA), reflecting the vibrant and diverse community of Jersey City.

Through worship, fellowship, education, and community outreach, we seek to live out our motto — “Making a Space for Grace” — in the heart of Jersey City.
